Job Description

The Customer Service Representative provides critical telephone and in-person aid to our valued clients. He or she provides exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries about our products and services and/or resolving issues or concerns in person, on the phone, and via the internet. In addition, the Client Service Representative helps with authoritative duties, gathers information for follow up for the Sales team, and helps procedure orders.

The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality, is fluent in English, can provide excellent customer service fifty-fifty during times of stress, and has strong phone and estimator skills. Previous customer service or other related experience is highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interacts with customers past phone or in person to provide data most products and services, take orders, or document complaints
Coordinates questions and problems with the appropriate department personnel
Maintains records of client interactions and transactions
Handles customer complaints or escalates when necessary
Meets or exceeds all service and sales targets
Provides authoritative assistance equally needed
Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required; some mail high school education or grooming preferred
Previous customer service or related feel preferred
Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
Highly professional and dependable
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Strong organizational and trouble-solving skills
Outstanding telephone skills
Stiff calculator and net skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Experience with CRM or other client service software a plus

This includes typing and printing shipping labels, properly packaging items, and handling POS transactions. Also, learning printing, copying, faxing, and scanning when needed. Other duties include mail and bundle sorting. All these responsibilities will be a office of training. Pay starts at $12.00 per hr but is reviewed at least twice annually. We take a runway tape of long-term employees so we try to make the piece of work environment equally pleasant as possible.

Work shifts that are available:
